Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Forbidden City Society loyalty program (the “Program”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Program Terms”):

Forbidden City Society is a tradename used to market our Loyalty Program. If you become a member of this program you understand that the program and its name are operated under license to Just So Group, Ltd., Providence Complex, Unit B, Mahe, Seychelles.  Your contracting partner is therefore Just So Group Ltd. By registering on this website you accept the terms and conditions stated herein and the terms and conditions located at www.forbiddencity.casino.

You may also register for Forbidden City Society as a non-gambler on other websites that are not fcs.forbiddencity.casino and www.forbiddencity.casino. If you register as a non-gambler on a non-associated website, you are subject to a separate set of terms and conditions which you will find and agree to on that other website. You expressly agree that until you convert your registration to a Player account by registering and logging on fcs.forbiddencity.casino or www.forbiddencity.casino, that your points earned can, under no circumstance, be redeemed for any games of chance in our online casino. You may only use the points you collect through experiential spend at our partners using the redemption options not related to gaming. In such case, please refer to the terms and conditions located at www.forbiddencity.swiss. In some cases it may be possible that you have two registrations on two different websites, and if so you will be required to combine the accounts and therefore the account shall become a player account unless and until you inform us to delete or deactivate your player login at www.forbiddencity.casino.

Tiers & Earnings

  1. The Tier level of a participating Program member (“Member”) will be determined based on the number of Centimes earned in the preceding Tier Year. A Tier Year shall mean a twelve (12) month period, starting on March 1st of a given year through the last day of February of the next calendar year.
  2. The minimum Euro equivalent deposit required to attain the relevant Tiers is as follows:
    • “Member” = 0 Centimes
    • “Reserve” = 5000 Euros and 5000 Centimes
    • “Premier” = 30000 Euros and 30000 Centimes
    • “Solitaire” =  60000 Euros and 60000 Centimes
    • “Solitaire 1 Society” = Invitation-only, based on play and management discretion

      At the Company’s discretion, Member may be invited to join an invite-only tier based on play. For more details on Invite Only, contact Forbidden City Society support or your host.
  3. Members may advance in Tier levels during a Tier Year based on the Centimes accumulated in the then-current Tier Year.
  4. Tier benefits for each Tier are valid from the date a Tier is attained through the end of that Tier Year. Tier levels are attained either through Tier advancement within a Tier Year or based on the number of Centimes earned in the preceding Tier Year.
  5. Certain Tier benefits are subject to availability and management discretion. Additional terms and conditions may apply. See Forbidden City Society Benefits Terms and Conditions.
  6. Centimes are earned from qualifying slot and video poker play, table games play, and any hotel and resort spend (“Experiential Spend”) charged to the Member’s account during his or her stay and paid for at check out. Centimes are earned upon receipt of payment. To earn Centimes from qualifying Experiential Spend, Member must book direct with the resort and link the Member’s Forbidden City Society account number to his or her booking(s). Member is responsible for providing their Forbidden City Society account number at the time of check in through check out. Members can earn Centimes for up to three (3) suites for any given stay. Experiential Spend excludes reservations booked through and amounts paid to any third-party travel agency (including online travel sites) (“Third-Party Bookings”).

Centimes Tier Point Earning:

You will earn centimes based upon the earning values found at fcs.forbiddencity.casino/earn. These earning rates vary depending on your tier. We may change the earning rates at any time without notice to you except for making changes directly on the website. You are responsible for checking the website regularly for changes to earning rates and different promotional earning that may be made available from time to time.

Note that you earn cetimes for slot play at the rates indicated. Table games earn centimes based upon the rate shown on the Website minus 50%.

Centimes Bonus Points Earning:

Member will earn at different rates based on Tier level for slot and video poker play, and Crash games as indicated on the game and/or the website. The earning rate can be supplemented by bonus points awarded for a variety of factors, which could be communicated to you during the game or prior to play.

  • For table games and Experiential Spend, regardless of Tier, Member will earn at a base rate unless otherwise specified by FORBIDDEN CITY.
  • Centimes are valid as long as the Member earns at least one (1) Centime every twelve (12) months. If Member does not earn any Centime within a twelve (12) month period, the entire Centimes account balance will expire and reset to zero. In such case, no redemption will be awarded for the Centimes prior to resetting the point balance. Centimes earned from table games within a Tier Year may be capped at a maximum redemption value as determined by management.
  1. Except for Third-Party Bookings, Member may submit a request to claim Centimes for Experiential Spend. To request a claim for Centimes, Member must provide a copy of the credit card receipt, the credit card used, and a valid government-issued photo identification that matches the details printed on the receipt. Experiential Spend may be claimed for events held at Company-owned venues or participating outlets. Member may also submit a copy of his or her folio after check out to claim Centimes for a recent hotel stay that may not have been linked to Member’s Forbidden City Society account number at such time. All requests to claim Centimes from spend receipts for Experiential Spend must be submitted within ninety (90) days from the date of spend as reflected on the receipt or folio. Member shall earn Centimes as of the date the request is processed, which may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. A maximum of $10,000 in Experiential Spend per visit may be claimed.

  2. Forbidden City Society card (digital, or physical for Solitaire and Solitaire 1 Society members) must be properly presented to accumulate Centimes on qualifying slot and video poker play.

  3. Forbidden City Society card must be provided to table games personnel to be rated and earn Centimes during table games play.

  4. No Centimes will be earned on free slot play, free table play vouchers, or promotional chips.

  5. No Centimes may be earned if an individual has not been verified. A new Member must be verified by Forbidden City Society personnel or through a kiosk to ensure age requirements are met prior to earning Centimes.

  6. If you have registered to become a member at at Forbidden City Hospitality Collection Hotel, Residence, Bar or Club, you will not be automatically entered into the online Casino Loyalty program unless you specifically request to be entered. Note that the online Casino opperates independtly under license from other Forbidden City branded facilities. If you earn points for stays and other experiences, you may not redeem those points at any time for Casino play, unless you specifically register at www.forbiddencity.casino.

Redemption

  1. One (1) Centime has a variable redemption value based on tier and redemption method. (e.g., 1 centime = 0.01 euro cents; see FCS website for current rates).
  2. When redeeming against any point balance associated with the Program, Member must present a valid government-issued photo identification together with his or her Forbidden City Society card.
  3. To redeem Centimes for slot credits, Member must follow the steps in their digital account or at a participating venue.
  4. To redeem Centimes for free bet, Member must present valid identification and their Forbidden City Society card to receive a free bet voucher. Once a free bet voucher is issued, it cannot be replaced. Free bet vouchers expire seventy-two (72) hours after issuance.
  5. To redeem Centimes at participating outlets, Member must present his or her Forbidden City Society card at the time of redemption.
  6. To redeem Centimes for a resort comp voucher, Member must present valid identification and their Forbidden City Society card to receive a resort comp voucher. Resort comp vouchers expire seventy-two (72) hours after issuance.
  7. Outlets participating in resort comps are subject to change without notice. A list of participating outlets is available upon request.
  8. Centimes must be redeemed in whole euro increments (minimum of [Insert minimum, e.g., 1,000 Centimes]).
  9. Resort comp vouchers will be issued at a minimum of [Insert minimum, e.g., €10.00].
  10. Free bet will be issued in [Insert increment, e.g., €25.00] increments.
  11. Centimes earned from gaming or Experiential Spend may be converted into slot credit, free bet, or resort comp vouchers.
  12. The number of Centimes required for redemption of any promotion or complimentary offer is subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Company.

Eligibility & Membership

  1. Patrons must be at least 18 years of age to become a Member. A valid government-issued photo identification must be provided for age verification purposes prior to obtaining a Forbidden City Society card. Member is unable to earn Centimes prior to verification. Age verification may be done by Forbidden City Society personnel or through the kiosk.
  2. Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from engaging in any gaming activity.
  3. Membership and all associated benefits of the Program are intended for use by the Member on the account and are non-transferable.
  4. Upon enrollment in the Program, Member is eligible for Tier benefits immediately based on Tier level.
  5. The Program is for individual membership only; Membership cannot be shared with any person, including family members or spouses.
  6. Member is strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing his or her Forbidden City Society card to other persons for any purpose.
  7. Other than the excluded individuals below, only natural persons are eligible for the Forbidden City Society Program membership. Business entities or organizations are ineligible for membership in the Program.
  8. Excluded individuals from the Program include: employees, immediate family members, and household members of Just So Group, Ltd or any partnering outlets.
  9. If a Member is receiving other incentives outside of the Program, he or she may be ineligible to earn for particular earning components under the Program.
  10. Replacement and/or duplicate cards will be issued with valid government-issued photo identification.
  11. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards.
  12. Management reserves the right to adjust Tier level or any Centimes balance due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse of the Forbidden City Society card.
  13. Membership in the Program may be revoked or canceled at any time, without notice, at the discretion of management.
  14. Decisions by management regarding the interpretation of the Program (including, but not limited to, Program Terms, eligibility, disputes, accumulation of Centimes, and Tier level) are final and binding.
  15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or revise Program Terms and benefits.
  16. Membership in the Program constitutes acceptance of all Program Terms, policies of the Company, and any and all changes to the same, including changes to benefits.
  17. Any Member who is trespassed from the Company will have his or her Program membership immediately revoked and will be ineligible for any future Program benefits. Further, the trespassed individual will forfeit any and all benefits associated with his or her Program membership, including, but not limited to, any unredeemed Tier benefits or Centimes. In the event, an individual is reinstated as a Member, it is at management discretion whether to reinstate any portion of purged Centimes or Tier level.
  18. The Company uses reasonable efforts to track a Member’s average bet and length of play; however, as a condition of receiving Centimes for table games play as well as the associated benefits, Member acknowledges that Centimes are earned based on the observation of the Company’s employees, which may be subject to error. The determination of the Company shall be final with respect to any discrepancy.
  19. Member is responsible for selecting and securely maintaining a username and password for his or her online Forbidden City Society account.
  20. Member may access promotional offers based on his or her gaming history when logged into the online Forbidden City Society account at fcs.forbiddencity.casino/loyalty. Promotional offers are subject to additional terms and conditions.
  21. Member understands that in exchange for rewards and offers in connection with the Program, he or she agrees to provide certain personal information for use by the Company. To learn more about our information practices and your rights, read our Privacy Notice at forbiddencity.casino/privacy.
  22. Forbidden City and the Logo trademarks are used under exclusive license. Unauthorized use and reproduction of these marks will be prosecuted. If you use our trademarks without permission, we have the right to confiscate your entire account with no compensation to you.
